Refund policy

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the date the product was received. If you want to use the right of withdrawal, please notify us by email to lindavegaart@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number as well as which products the return applies to. You need to return the goods within 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

When returning, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Returns must be sent back in the same way as they were sent. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition and in the same packaging in which it was delivered. When Linda Vega has approved that the product(s) are undamaged, the purchase will be refunded, no later than within 30 days of Linda Vega receiving the return. 
If you as a customer have handled the product so that it has been damaged and the damage can be repaired, the amount for the repair will be deducted from the amount that is refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you as a customer have handled the product so that it has been damaged beyond repair, no amount will be refunded at all.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially customized products such as soul activation paintings.
